UWIC CRICKET

Competing for UWIC

UWIC CC provides two teams for Men’s 1st and 2nd X1s and a an opportunity for a women’s first X1.

All teams compete in the BUCS indoor and Outdoor competitions. Training and coaching is supervised by coaches and staff from the MCC centre of excellence which is based at UWIC. UWIC CC is supported by the expertise of the school of sport and players have access to high quality team and individual strength and conditioning programmes, performance analysis and specialised coaching. Mark O’Leary as UWIC CC Head coach provides a coordinated programme of training and practice to prepare players representing UWIC CC for a busy playing schedule.
